The SYSDO system monitors work shifts and, if the user has not recorded the appropriate event (access) at the given time, has not shown any activity, or has recorded an event outside the planned schedule (with an option to set a time tolerance), a notification is sent to the user and their supervisor.
The specific types of events that trigger notifications are configured by the supervisor in Administration – Users – edit user – Alerts.
If the administrator wants to monitor errors from all users, this option must be enabled in the Plan tab
settings – Show errors all users.
User errors are displayed as red circles/ovals in the upper-right corner of the respective day.
All errors are stored in the system, and their correction is only possible with the appropriate permissions. After any event is corrected, a history record is saved for possible later review.
In the List of errors, the administrator can filter results by date and also add events or schedules in bulk. In the settings, they can also select which types of errors they want to display.
