One of the options for monitoring users’ attendance or access is tracking vehicle arrivals and departures using license plate recognition (LPR).
The system automatically records:
vehicle arrivals,
vehicle departures,
and uses this data to verify users’ attendance.
If the system records only one event from a pair (e.g. an arrival without a corresponding departure or a departure without a corresponding arrival), the situation is evaluated as an attendance error.
In such cases:
the system generates an error event,
the user or their supervisor receives a notification.
All errors are stored in the system and can only be corrected by users with the appropriate permissions. After any event is corrected, a history of changes is saved for possible future review.
In the List of errors overview, the administrator can filter the displayed records by:
date,
area,
user,
error type.
This ensures easy navigation through error events and efficient attendance management.
The overview table then displays the error date, the vehicle license plate number, and the record type (error).
